DribbleTEK® Return Policy

Please note: In order to limit interpersonal contact, we’ve temporarily paused return pickups, so refunds will only be issued when our team is able to resume pickups and process your return. If you finance the system with Affirm, you will be required to continue making monthly payments until DribbleTEK® picks up the system and processes the return, at which point you will receive a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNING YOUR DribbleTEK® equipment 

If you are not satisfied with your DribbleTEK® equipment, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery. Unless you are eligible for our Home Trial Offer, this Return Policy applies. 

DribbleTEK®’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Because of the size and weight of our fitness products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your DribbleTEK® equipment.  

If your DribbleTEK® equipment is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, DribbleTEK® reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at DribbleTEK®’s sole discretion.

If your DribbleTEK® equipment is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

30-DAY DribbleTEK® HOME TRIAL OFFER 

We also offer a 30-Day Home Trial for first-time DribbleTEK® purchasers in which you will receive a full refund on your DribbleTEK® accessories and Membership payments made during your trial. Please note that the Delivery refund and Membership refund is not available for additional DribbleTEK® purchased per household or DribbleTEK® purchased for Commercial use and an additional return shipping fee of $250 per DribbleTEK® may apply.
